Sign up for bagging at the Champlin Cub Foods on Wednesday, 11/27/2019, from 10 am – 6 pm. We need more high schoolers for the 4-6 pm shift. Skiers, wear a CPHS Nordic shirt (last year’s team t-shirt or sweatshirt).
Pasta Dinner and Silent Auction. Our main fundraiser is on Sunday, 12/15/2019, 5-7 pm at Grace Fellowship Church in Brooklyn Park.
There are several ways to assist:
- Silent Auction. Please donate an item
for the Silent Auction, either by asking for donations in the community
and/or donating a basket or items. Email Kami Oldroyd (kamioldroyd@yahoo.com) or Tamie
Kyes (tkyes@hotmail.com) with questions.
- Pasta Dinner Tickets. Skiers should receive Pasta Dinner tickets this week to sell (such as to friends and family over Thanksgiving break!). $10 per ticket.
- Homemade Dessert. For the dinner
itself, we ask each family to bring a homemade dessert. This is a fan
favorite.
- Volunteer at the
Dinner.
A sign-up genius message will be forthcoming to sign up to help in either
the 3:30-6 pm shift of the 6 – 8:30 pm shift. Skiers, wear your
CPHS Nordic shirt when volunteering.
Raffle. See flyer regarding raffle tickets for a high-end Engel Cooler. Bring those raffle tickets to your Thanksgiving festivities! We’ll be collecting sold tickets after Thanksgiving (you still have until December 15th to sell tickets). The tickets will be for sale at the Pasta Dinner as well. Contact Joe or Tamie Kyes for more information (tkyes@hotmail.com).
Pasta Party Sign-up. Now that the meet schedule is up, sign-up to host a
pasta party the night before a race. Parents and middle
schoolers are welcome to attend. Co-hosting is encouraged (i.e. a co-host is needed with
Suzy Scheller on Tuesday 12/10).
Meet Food Sign-up. Sign-up to bring food/snacks to the meets for the
skiers. Please contact Suzy Scheller with questions (suzy.scheller@gmail.com).
See links on this site for sign-ups, meet schedule, and team website.
