We need your order for Team T-shirts and Team Jackets to the Treasurer before November 9th.  We will be placing the order with our vendors the morning of the 9th.  Please submit your order by completing the 11-05-2015 Registration Worksheet and mail it with your payment payable to CPHS Nordic.

If you wish to purchase apparel and cannot deliver the worksheet and payment before the deadline, please email your pre-order to the Treasurer (Craig Crandall, crandallcraig@msn.com) BEFORE Monday, November 9th. Craig will collect your payment the first week of practice.
