At the December 1, 2015 Booster Club meeting, the Membership voted yes to adopt the Financial Assistance Policy.  The policy is on the blog site and also HERE.

Booster Club Meeting - December 1st

Booster Club meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1st, weather permitting.  Please see the Champlin Park High School home page for weather cancellations HERE.

Meeting time and location: Tuesday, December 1st, 6:30-7:30pm, CPHS room D151.

Tentative agenda for Tuesday's meeting:

1) Treasurer's report and financial update.

2) Vote to adopt a Financial Assistance Policy and determine the fiscal budget for this line item if the policy is adopted.  Find the proposed policy HERE.

3) Final planning for the Pasta Dinner and Silent Auction.

4) Discuss alternatives for the annual ski trip if Maplelag doesn't have skiable snow.

5) Meet Snack Food and Pasta Party Volunteers.

6) Coaches update.

Cub Bagging Fundraiser Was A Success!


$2,090 was received at the team’s Cub Bagging fundraiser this past Wednesday, November 25th.  The amount was slightly more than last year and slight more than budget…Success!  Thank you to all the students and parents who volunteered Wednesday…your gift of time was greatly appreciated.

If you were not apart of the success on Wednesday and would like to financially help the team, consider asking others willing to give to donate to the Booster Club.  It is easy to do and can be done through email or the regular mail.  A letter to send can be found on the blog site and also HERE
The Champlin Park High School Nordic Booster Club is recognized as a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code section 170.
